Characteristics
ES hot air non-woven fabric can be used in various fields according to its density. Generally, its thickness is used as a fabric for baby diapers, adult incontinence pads, women's hygiene products, napkins, bath towels, disposable tablecloths, etc; Thick products are used to make anti cold clothing, bedding, baby sleeping bags, mattresses, sofa cushions, etc. High density hot melt adhesive products can be used to make filter materials, sound insulation materials, shock absorption materials, etc.
Application
ES fiber is mainly used to make hot air non-woven fabric, and its applications are mainly in baby diapers and female hygiene products, with a small portion used in N95 masks. There are currently two ways to describe the popularity of ES in the market:
This fiber is a two-component skin core structure composite fiber, with a low melting point and good flexibility in the skin layer tissue, and a high melting point and strength in the core layer tissue. After heat treatment, a part of the cortex of this fiber melts and acts as a bonding agent, while the rest remains in the fiber state and has the characteristic of low thermal shrinkage rate. This fiber is particularly suitable for use in the production of hygiene materials, insulation fillers, filtration materials, and other products using hot air penetration technology.
